What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message, and use them only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. Messages are delivered to us by email through our email provider, Postmark. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up.

Licences are bought and managed on our licence platform at sfd.elty.io, which has its own terms. Information you give when buying a licence is handled there.

Cookies and analytics

We only use analytics cookies if you agree to them. With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Trailers from Vimeo and YouTube only load when you press play. When they do, those services may set their own cookies. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo’s do-not-track option.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
