How licensing works
Every film is licensed to your organisation for a year, with your own watermarked version to use in your training. Here’s how it works, and answers to the questions we’re asked most.
Choose a film
Watch the trailers and choose the film that fits your training. Each film is £195 + VAT for a year.
Buy a licence
Create an account for your organisation in our licence shop and pay by card. Your licence is logged straight away and you can start streaming the film.
Get your own version
We make a private YouTube version of the film, watermarked with your organisation’s logo from your website, and share it with you so you can embed it in your presentations and training tools.
Renew when you’re ready
Your licence lasts a year. We send reminder emails as it nears its end. If you don’t renew, the film expires. We never charge you automatically.

Buying a licence
How do I buy a licence?
Licences are bought in our licence shop. Choose a film, create an account for your organisation and pay by card. You can start using the film straight away.
What happens after I buy a licence?
Your licence is logged on our platform straight away and you can start streaming the film. We then make a private YouTube version of the film watermarked with your organisation’s logo, taken from your website, and share it with you so you can embed it in your own training.
How much does a licence cost?
Each film costs £195 + VAT for a year. Schools, colleges and universities get 65% off Last Date, which costs £68.25 + VAT a year.
Do you offer discounts?
Schools, colleges and universities get 65% off our film on coercive control, Last Date.
We have hundreds of licence holders and each is as deserving of a discount as the next, so we price every film at what we feel is fair for the quality of the resources and do not offer other discounts.
Do I get access to all films?
No, each film needs its own licence.
What happens at the end of the year?
Your licence lasts a year. As the end date gets close we send you automated reminder emails, so you have time to renew.
If you don’t renew, the licence expires and the film reverts to the trailer. You can no longer use the film, your watermarked version or its resources for training without breaking our legally binding terms and conditions.
We never charge you again automatically. Renewing is entirely up to you.
Can you invoice us or set us up as a supplier?
Yes. Our company and bank details for supplier setup are on our contact page, or get in touch and we can help.
Watching and using the films
How do I watch the film once I have a licence?
Once you’ve bought a licence it is logged on our platform straight away, and you can stream the film in full there, like Netflix or BBC iPlayer, and download its training resources.
We also make a private YouTube version of the film, watermarked with your organisation’s logo, which we take from your website. We share it with you so you can embed the film in your presentations, e-learning and other training tools.
Do I get a file I can use offline, without the internet?
Not at the moment. The films stream online. Every licence includes a private YouTube version, watermarked with your logo, that you can embed in your presentations and training tools.
Can I get the film on DVD?
No. We no longer produce DVDs. The films are only available on our digital platform, where any valid licence holder can stream the film and download its PDF resources.
Can I test the embed code in my presentation?
Yes. Contact us and we will send you a link to test the embed in your presentation before you buy.
Sharing and terms
Can I share the films outside my organisation?
No. You can invite as many users to your account as you like, as long as they belong to the organisation that holds the licence.
You may not resell, distribute, sublicense or otherwise transfer the licensed materials to anyone outside your organisation. See our terms and conditions for more information.
What happens if a film is used for training outside the licence holder?
Licence holders are legally bound by our terms and conditions, which only allow use within the organisation or by the individual that holds the licence.
